C-EP, 450 Drexel Classical Pilates Instructor, 500HR-RYT

SWT is a high-quality Bespoke Concierge Fitness and Holistic Wellness brand, with services that are focused on dynamic lifestyle design through neurolinguistic and psychodynamic coaching. My programming is built on cultivating the trinity of mind, body and spirit through “manifestation, nutrition, and movement”.

As a movement educator and leader, I support my clients through a mix of somatic wellness practices such as Pilates, Yoga and Neurolinguistic coaching. My professional education has been enhanced during my time at Drexel University as a lecturer in exercise science and strength coach. During my time at Drexel, I attended the Drexel Pilates program under the Westphal School of Dance, where I received my 450-Hour classically trained instructor certification under the tutelage of Professor Jennifer Morley, 2nd Generation Pilates Educator trained by Romana Kryzanowska (Romana’s Pilates) and Karen Carlson (Pineland Pilates). Additionally, I am a nationally certified 500-Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher through the Dhyana Yoga Teacher Training based in Philadelphia under the tutelage of Diana D’Amato and John Vitarelli, classically trained Ashtanga Vinyasa Educators.

Professionally, I am a Professor/Lecturer of exercise science, master trainer and strength coach currently based in Philadelphia with an educational background in Cellular & Molecular Neuroscience (Temple University), Cognitive Psychology (Temple University) and Chemical Sciences - Biochemistry (University of Pennsylvania). In additional I am a professor of exercise science and Lumia (formerly JRNI) trained Life coach with a foundation in Neurolinguistics. SWT utilizes a blend of functional exercise science, research, nutrition education and mindfulness practice to create a holistic wellness experience for clients.

As a purpose-driven leader with a heart for service and a mind for strategy, I am passionate about guiding teams and individuals toward holistic transformation. As a Master Trainer and Coach, I lead with a grounded presence, combining spiritual insight with evidence-based practices to inspire growth, resilience, and connection. I am passionate about developing instructors into leaders, cultivating excellence through mentorship, and creating environments where mind, body, and spirit align. I am known for balancing high performance with deep compassion—fostering communities that thrive both personally and professionally.

I present research-based wellness from a holistic, neurolinguistic and psychodynamic perspective. I engage clients and trainees in private, semi-private, and corporate sessions to aid them in increasing performance through the creation of healthy relationships with their mind, body, and spirit. I coach clients from a holistic perspective that examines the intersectionality of one's lived experience (race, gender, religion, and culture).

Working within schools in Philadelphia, I have had the privilege to integrate restorative wellness practices in lieu of punitive discipline, as well as provide support for students with ADHD and ASD through Yoga Sensory Integration. The focus of this scholastic program is to teach students self-soothing techniques when experiencing anxiety from conflict or distress. By utilizing breathework and mindful movement schools have a seen a 35% reduction in the need for punitive discipline such as detention and suspension.

Additionally, I partner with non-profits such as House of Able and National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) to provide resources and support to low-income communities and communities of color. As a wellness educator and facilitator, I curate movement therapy and coaching sessions that are aimed at reducing anxiety, stress, and trauma in black and brown communities.
